Fix Them All provides access to quality low-cost spay and neuter for dogs and cats in North Central Florida. If the cost of spay or neuter surgery would be a hardship to you, you can get a surgery certificate to have your pet fixed at one of our spay/neuter providers for an affordable copayment. You can choose to bring your pet to one of our participating veterinary clinics or use a pet transport program. The Schedules page of this site gives a summary of your options and dates of upcoming clinics and transports. The Veterinarians page has more detail about participating vets including their requirements and optional services. The Apply page has links to our online application and copayment.
The only way to truly reduce pet overpopulation is to FIX THEM ALL.

1-22-2026: Did you know that in 2025 3080 pets were sterilized through FTA, making 18,412 dogs and cats since we started our program in 2017? Did you know we served 29 Florida counties and southern Georgia, and that the most surgeries were done for Alachua, Levy and Putnam County residents? Read all this and more in our 2025 Annual Report!
1-16-2026: Tricounty Veterinary Emergency & Wellness Clinic is leaving our program and we're very sorry to lose their services. Trenton Animal Hospital and their new clinic Tricounty have together been a mainstay of our program since 2018. Dr. Heirs and her excellent staff are starting a low-cost program for qualified pet owners this spring and we're looking forward to this great new resource for Tricounty residents.
12-17-2025: Announcing our new name: Fix Them All! While we've been doing business as "Fix Them All" for years, our legal name was actually "Pay to Spay, Inc." This December we officially changed our legal name to "Fix Them All, Inc." There is no change to our mission and our services, just a less confusing and more appropriate legal name to the organization.
